What is the function of this configuration? 

[QC] When send subscrition, the call ID, content in from header or TO header in subscription is not same as conference call's call ID, content in FROME header or TO header in subscription. This means OUTDIALOG_SUBSCRIPTION, same is INDIALOG_SUBSCRIPTION
